To maximize your spa experience, please inform us if you are pregnant or have any health issues, allergies or injuries at the time you make your appointment. Spa Services will be billed to your room account. All major credit cards and cash will be accepted at the front desk. As a convenience, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill. If you would like to purchase the products used during your treatment, please contact the concierge. Gift certificates are available for all treatments and will be hand delivered. Express delivery is also available for last-minute gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity and exclusivity of our spa, appointment changes and cancellations will only be accepted up to four (4) hours before the originally scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made without a 4-hour advance notice will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
