Z Ocean Hotel Wins The IHG Torchbearer Award For 2014

Miami Beach Hotel

For the third year in a row, Z Ocean Hotel – the premier Miami Beach Hotel of South Florida – has been given the prestigious IHG Torchbearer Award, the highest honored bestowed by the InterContinental Hotels Group for service and performance excellence.

Ramon Antelo received the award on the hotel’s behalf during the 2014 IHG Americas Investors and Leadership Conference, which took place Tuesday, October 28 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Needless to say, we are extremely proud of this achievement, as it is granted only to those top system hotels that have demonstrated an impeccable standard of quality and hospitality for twelve consecutive feats – an accomplishment few others could manage.

More importantly, the Torchbearer Award is a testament to the strength of Z Ocean’s core values, which underpin our goal to be the ultimate “Sanctuary on South Beach” These guiding principles include reliability, expertise and five-star quality service; a dedicated and meticulous customer-centered staff; central yet secluded location; and the perfect combination of luxury and style with an inviting, casual atmosphere.

By cultivating and adhering to these innovative and industry-leading concepts, our South Beach Hotel has remained one of leading luxury destinations in South Florida. Our distinctly designed, Art Deco-inspired building is renowned for its intimate and privileged setting, with 79 exclusive suites that are larger and more lavish than what you would find elsewhere – some units even include private rooftop  terraces with hot tubs!

From its wide array of resort-style services – each meticulously catered to serve the unique needs and preferences of individual guests – to its secluded but vibrant location between Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue, the Z Ocean Hotel is undoubtedly the top choice for enjoying the best experience South Florida has to offer.
