Valet parking is $35/night. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated

Can I order room service?

Yes. Room service is available from 7:00am – 11:00pm

Is there a resort fee?

All transient reservations will be charged a $29 resort fee, which will appear as a service charge. The resort fee includes:

  • Beach Umbrella
  • Beach loungers
  • Beach towels
  • Fitness center access
  • Newspaper
  • Faxes
  • In-room safe
  • In-room coffee
  • In-room bottled water
  • Additional inclusions.
  • Do you offer complimentary breakfast?

    No. We do not offer complimentary breakfast unless you choose one of our breakfast included packages. However, we do offer an excellent breakfast in The Front Porch Cafe for an affordable price.

    Do you have a restaurant on site?

    Yes. Front Porch Cafe is open daily for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert from 7:00am until 11:00pm.

    Do you have rollaway beds?

    No. Each room has double size sofa bed. In addition, cribs for infants are available at no charge.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    All 53 suites are non-smoking in the hotel.

    Do you have ADA rooms?

    Yes. The Z Ocean Hotel South Beach is in full compliance with ADA guidelines. We have several guestrooms fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible features. If you have any additional questions about this, or to request an accessible room, please call the front desk

    Can I request an early check-in?

    Our regular check-in time is 4:00pm. Please contact the front desk to request an early check-in, all requests are based on availability.

    Can I request a late checkout?

    Our regular checkout time is 11:00am we can extend your stay for an additional fee.
    11:00am to 3:00pm - $75.00
    3:00pm to 6:00pm - Half a night's room and tax
    After 6:00pm - One full night's room and tax
    Please contact the front desk to request a late checkout. All requests are based on availability. Please note IHG Rewards Club® members may extend checkout to 2:00pm upon request at no additional charge.

    Does the hotel allow pets at the hotel?

    Pets are not allowed at the hotel with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired.

    Is there a fee to send packages?

    Guests may send up to 5 packages to the hotel free of charge. The hotel charges a Receiving Fee for each additional package beyond 5 packages per suite. The charges are $5.00/pkg for Small packages, $10.00/pkg for Medium/Large packages and $20.00/pkg for Oversized or Heavy packages for all guests.
